Year 6 WWII Immersion Day
20th January 2025
In History and English, Year 6 have been learning about WWII . Year 6 took part in a WWII immersion day with Andy Peck - giving them the opportunity to learn and practice skills used within WWII. They learnt how to build a shelter with just rope, a hammer and tarpaulin to keep them safe and dry; using simple flints, they were able to start their own small fire using only a few twigs and a steel bowl. Toasting marshmallows over a fire was a real treat enjoyed by everyone.

Tasty Treats - Christmas 2024
18th December 2024
Today the grandparents of our children along with senior members of our local community were invited in to school to take part in our Christmas Tasty Treats event.
They were joined by their grandchildren and entertained by our choir who sang some beautiful Christmas Carols to remind us of the true meaning of Christmas.
Our Faith Ambassadors helped to keep everyone in food, drink and chat and a wonderful time was had by all!

Fundraising at Luton Airport
5th December 2024
Today members of our choir were invited to London Luton Airport to share the joy of the season with travellers through carols and other Christmas songs. As always, they did us proud. Well done Miss Waller and the Choir! Monies raised went to Luton Foodbank and East Anglian Ambulance.

Rikki Cycle
15th October 2024
Rikki Cycle came to school today to teach our Year 3 and Year 4 pupils about the importance of recycling in a very fun and interactive way!

St Margaret's Feast Day 2023
20th November 2023
On Thursday the 16th November we celebrated the feast day of our Patron Saint, St Margaret of Scotland. Children from Years 3,4,5 and 6 attended Mass at St Margaret's Church. The children behaved impeccably and sung beautifully. Those children that were reading did so with such confidence so well done to all the children involved.

Harvest Collection 2023
20th November 2023
This Year our Harvest collection was donated to Noah Enterprises. Noah Enterprises does a lot of work with the homeless community in Luton.
Philip Crawley, Operations Manager for Noah, thanked us for all the great items we had managed to gather together and mentioned how they will make a real difference to a number of local people.

Faith Ambassadors Attend School Mass
On Friday our Faith Ambassadors and some of our younger pupils joined together with Catholic Schools across the diocese to celebrate mass with Bishop David. He commissioned our Faith Ambassadors to be Missionary Disciples. As always the pupils were a credit to our school at this very special Service.
